Planning to use the UMulitlink for debugger probe on my K64 board.
Universal Multilink Development Interface|NXP
Here is the schematics following the K64 Tower board.
But on the document below:
http://cache.nxp.com/files/microcontrollers/doc/support_info/USBMLUNIVERSALFX.pdf?fpsp=1&WT_TYPE=Sup... Information&WT_VENDOR=FREESCALE&WT_FILE_FORMAT=pdf&WT_ASSET=Documentation&fileExt=.pdf
The 20-pin connector is showing like:
My question is
pin 9 is ground on the probe definition but on the tower board schematic is left going nowhere. Do I have to ground pin 9? or it doesn't matter.
Thanks.

Hi Fubin,
It doesn't matter. You can left it floating.
PTA4 is default as NMI_b/EZP_CS_b function.
If you don't need EzPort and Non-maskable Interrupt function, an external 4.7 kΩ to 10 kΩ pullup is recommended.
Or you can disable these function by using FOPT[NMI_DIS] bit and FOPT[EZPORT_DIS] bit.
Best Regards,
Robin
Robin,
Thank you for the confirmation. We will get the board made soon after the layout.

It seems like doesn't matter per reference manual:
