I tried using the k60_100mhz_144map_13x13_xm33z_xn30d.bsdl file for

JTAG testing my MK60DN512ZVMD10 device, but I get an IDCODE error.

The

measured IDCODE is 01111011000101001010000000011101 (0x7B14A01D).

The

Expected IDCODE is  00111011000101001010000000011101 (0x3B14A01D) - this comes

from the BSDL file.  Is there a newer bsdl file for my device than what you

shared with me, since the

first nibble of the IDCODE is the version

#?
