K60 interface with a parallel nor flash

Hello,

We need to use a parallel NOR flash memory with the K60. We have not found a memory with multiplexed address and data (size of 512Mb or 1Gb) to connect directly to FlexBus.

A solution without external latches or changing to serial interface?

Hi,

K60 Flexbus module provides non-multiplexed address and data busses connection, which based on customer K60 pin resource.

If K60 could not provides enough non-multiplexed address pin resource, it need to use the address latches.

Hi,

This is our case. We have pins only for multiplexed mode. We know some flash memory as the MT28GU01GAAA2EGC0SIT with A/D MUX but it needs 1.7V-2V supply.

We will check if it is possible reduce the VDD from 3.3V to 2V.
