K32 L2B family: Regarding the unused USB module

We are using two Controllers from the K32 L2B family in our two designs.
1) K32L2B31VLH0A
2) K32L2B31VFM0A
We are referring Rev 3,09/2020 datasheet and Rev 3,09/2020 Reference manual of the said family for design.

Regarding Unused USB Modules of the above Controllers:
We found out from the Rev 3 datasheet (page no 105) the way the unused USB data pins USB0_DP and USB0_DM have to be connected.

But we were not able to find out how VOUT33 and VREGIN pins have to be used in case of unused USB modules despite referring to both the Rev 3 datasheet and Rev 3 Reference manual.

Please suggest to us the steps to be taken regarding the above problem.

Hi Deepak,

The Data Sheet did not mention how to deal with unused VOUT33 and VREGIN. Sorry for the inconvenience we bring you!

Connect VREGIN and VOUT33 together and tie to ground through a 10kΩ resistor. Do not tie directly to ground, as this causes a latch-up risk.

Best Regards,
Robin
