Does K70 support LPDDR2 RAM?

Hi everyone,

                                      I would like to interface a 512Mb LPDDR2 ( MT42L32M16D1AB-25 ) with K70 controller, will it support ?. What will be the maximum DDR bus width supported by K70, does it support  32 ?

Hi,

  It does not support LPDDR2. It does support "16-bit or 8-bit DDR1, DDR2, or LPDDR SDRAM". See Chapter 34 of the  K70 RM for more details.
