3.3V Power for MK64FN1M0V serires MCU, The digital max input voltage can be 5.5V.
Can it compatible with 5V level SPI commmunication?

From the K64 datasheet, you can find the SPI have the limited voltage range:
But to the GPIO pins, all the GPIO pins is 5V tolerance.
