We have a problem with the bootloader as USB mass storage device. It works fine with windows and doesn't work well with Linux. Our device is Linux based so we need the solution to work on Linux.
The problem was solved. In the copy process the directing scrip was for FAT32 file type instead of FAT16 used by the bootloader.
Problem not solved! could not boot again. the Linux booting still don't work.
