Saving Variables, Memory View, Expressions, etc.

How can I save multiple Variables, Memory Views, Expressions, etc. across boots of KDS?

Or is there a way to batch add them via some type of script / console / etc?

Thanks Alice, but this information did not answer my question.

Specifically, I would like to automate entering a list of expressions when opening a new instance of KDS.
