Differences in Debugging mode

hi!
I've got two computers with KDS on them, and trying to debug my MCU (MK10FN1M0VLQ12).

in one PC I've got the error : "Could not find core in Coresight setup",
and in the second one I've got the error: "Failed to unsecure Kinetis device".

I've checked the debug configurations in both of the computers, and found that they are the same, so i'm wandering what might be the problem.

It seems your chip is secured.

Which debug probe do you used ? Please unsecure it firstly.

secured & mass erase disabled Kinets MK10FN1M0XXX12
