Peak Package Body Temperature of 32-bit Arm Cortex®-M3 microcontroller

Hi Sir,

I have a trouble issue on soldering and need your professional advise . 

According to the date sheet of LPC1768FBD100K was shown Lead soldering PBT is 240℃ ，which is a

inconsistency with the label was shown PBT is 225℃。That means i can choose each one of them to process ?
