I am unable to get the Rapid IoT to be detected through bluetooth by my laptop. My iphone worked. I found similar issues on the web, but didn't find a solution for it. Anyone had trouble and got it to work?
Once you've paired it, you have to reset to factory default before using it with a different device. I've even had this happen with the same device after leaving it for a while.
