Hello, I'm able to load and debug this board with MCUXpresso, the debugger is shown as MCU-LINK on board (r0C7) CMSIS-DAP V3.108.
But Freemaster, set as "CMSIS-MASTER CMSIS-DAP Communication Plugin" and pressing "Configure" shows that no device is present.
Configuring with the communication wizard brings the same result.
This happens with a closed MCUXpresso, so the interface is not already in use.
Reinstalled as administrator: no success.
Am I missing something?
Regards
Alberto
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello,
the MCU-LINK v3.108 brings a new version of CMSIS-DAP interface (v2.1) which is not compatible with FreeMASTER 3.2.1 and earlier versions. The FreeMASTER 3.2.2 is going to support this CMSIS-DAP version soon and will also remain backward compatible with older versions.
As a temporary workaround before FreeMASTER 3.2.2 is available, you can downgrade your MCU-LINK to versions prior to 3.108.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Regards,
Michal
OK thanks.
Already tested, now it's fine.
