Using an External Antenna

Hello!

From going through the docs, while we do not need to use an external antenna, if we did want to use an external antenna on the QN9080 DK board - all we would need to do is plug in the RF connector to the RF port and that would enable the switch to utilize the external antenna instead of the internal antenna?

If any one can clarify this that would be most helpful, thank you.

Replying to myself - the switch is a murata RF switch so by plugging in an RF connector we may be able to switch the signal from the MIFA internal antenna to the external antenna

Or if anyone knows a software method to lower signal strength through the built in antenna, please let me know!
