basics of coldfire arch

Hi,

I dont know if it is right place to put query of basic level but please help me out.\

I am newbie on 32bit micro processors and have just started with coldfire.

I did not get any explanation about address generation logic that cold fire follows.

and involved registers like how ACRs,CACRs , TLBs , RAMBARs ROMBARs contribute to address generation.

Can anyone suggest a basic doc on this processor except for its ref manual

So I am not 100% sure what "ref manual" you are referring to...

There is a reference manual for the processor itself (which I assume you have) and one for the ColdFire Programming (shared between processors).

If you don't have the latter, it is at:

The supervisor registers you list are described in section 1.5 Supervisor Programming Model.
