What is the dif between MCF5253 and MCF5251?

What is the dif between MCF5253 and MCF5251? If we have been using the 5253 can we switch to the 5251?

Hi,

MCF5253 has the same modules with MCF5251.
The differences between two chips is that:
The MCF5251 which comes with license access to a variety of MP3 encode and decoders and the MCF5253 which is a cheaper version that doesn't come with audio software licenses.

MCF5253 is pin to pin compatible with MCF5251.
