It went EOL four years ago after than being announced in September 2019. That was the last chance to buy what you needed to continue production while designing a replacement:

There is nothing available to replace it that is anything like this one. What you replace it with depends mainly on what peripherals you need, and how badly the software is tied to the hardware.
Octopart lists parts from US$131 to US$480 EACH if you really need them. Their "Show All" shows ones cheaper than that.
