Altium model of MCF5441x processor

Does anyone know where I can find Altium models for this family of processors? Laying out over 250 pins by hand is doable, but it would be far better if someone else already has a model they can share.

Hi Daniel,

I have an Altium schematic library for the parts used on the TWR-MCF5441x CPU tower module.  I converted it across from Freescale's design package that used OrCAD.  I couldn't convert the PCB files though.  I never ended up getting to the layout stage, but perhaps it will give you a hand, just need to link it the part to the standard footprint.
