T1024 booting issue : codewarrior Failed to correctly configure the JTAG chain(CCSProtocolPlugin)

Hi  team,

We have  designed customised board with reference to T1024rdb.
From codewarrior tool,we are able to flash image files to bare boards for the first time but not able boot(no logs from debug console).
Later  we are not able to flash them from code warrior.

We are getting following JTAG connection error.

Error: Connect Failed.
Failed to correctly configure the JTAG chain(CCSProtocolPlugin)
Error: Connect Failed.

It seems that there is no valid RCW on the target board.

Please refer to section "4.7.5.1.1 Hard Coded RCW Options" in T1024 Reference Manual to configure the your custom board as hard-coded RCW.
