Which is 'newer' CW 7.1 Build 14, or CW 7.1.1a Build 9?

I get slightly different final output, but no immediately visible difference in execution of my application.

CW 7.1.2 has MAJOR problems with mcf5270 and is not an option.

Hi, 7.1.1a is newer than 7.1.

Yes, 7.1.2 has major issues which every target with standard C things.
