flash programmer can't write more than 200 byte at once

Hi everybody,

I've configured CW Flash Programmer Tool to Program/Erase my Spansion S29GL256P flash memory through PowerQuicc MPC8248. I'm using a USB TAP emulator. I've written a target initiaization file to configure the RAM and all was working fine when erasing and programming single or few (4-10) sectors. But since I erased all the flash memory (included the PowerQuicc bootloader) I can no longer program more than 200 byte in a single operation. This makes flash programming a very long operation.

Any suggestion?

I can only think that now PowerQuicc no longer boots at start up but this should not cause trouble if I connect with the JTAG in debug mode...

Please following the new project wizards to create a sample project, and try to execute and debug this project in RAM, if the sample project could be debugged successfully, please check the flash configuration, otherwise there should SDRAM configuration problem.
