Full license CodeWarrior

Dear everybody

I have used CodeWarrior 5.1 (for HC08 and HCS08) anh when I compile a project having more 32 files. CW 5.1 has error:" This IDE is not licensed for full functionality, so there is a limit of 32 files per target"

What do I do to get full license ? And how to update CW (for HC08 and HCS08) for supporting other MCU like: GR, AZ ...

CodeWarrior 5.1 for HC(S)08 and RS08 does support the AZ and GR. What specific MCU are you looking for?  You could also see the following document for the complete list of the MCU's supported:

Hello

This message usually comes when you are using a special edition of CodeWarrior for HC08.

In order to remove this limitation you have to upgrade to at least a 32K upgrade license.
