Code warrior and autosar

I am trying to make an autosar application on DEMO9S12XEP100 board,
I wanted to know that can i program LIN and CAN through code warrior and if
MCAL and Autosar OS are included in code warrior or they have to purchased seperately

AUTOSAR MCAL and OS is not part if the CW. Must be purchased separately.

You can get it from the AUTOSAR stack providers

The price would depend on the project I guess, this will be a kind of licensing scheme...
