How to setup a third party (programming/debug) driver in Code Warrior

I am planning to use a COTS USB to JTAG Adaptor (FT2232H by www.ftdichip.com) as part of the hardware design. FTDI provides the Windows driver (XDS100 Class USB Serial Port) that can communicate with the adaptor chip. Is there a way to configure the Code Warrior IDE to use this driver for debugging/programming.
