Code warrior + USB TAP in Window 10 system can not connect to 56F8013 based board

Hi,

I have installed code warrior v10.6.4 in my laptop with windows 10 system, using USB TAP, when debug, it can not connect to 56F8013 based board. my ccs version is 4.13. it occurs the following: 

how can I fix it?

USB tap 4.13 can work with CW10.6.4  on 64bit win10 without problem.

Can you please test your usb tap on another computer with other board,if the usb tap is in good condition and not be damaged?
