We have boards using the MPXS2010 PowerPC processor.
We have an environment where we develop code using GCC under Cygwin.
We are moving away from Cygwin to run a Linux virtual machine, with GCC running with 'wine'.
Next step is to have a native PowerPC compiler under Linux.
I understand that CodeWarrior does not allow compiling natively on Linux (wine is not an alternative)
I need to understand how I can debug the code.
We have a Trace-32 that is used to debug code, but we need an additional seat, and the Trace-32 is very expensive. I happen to have a "CodeWarrior USB TAP, rev F"
This is no longer sold.
- What is the latest version of CodeWarrior, where this is supported on Windows?
- Can the "CodeWarrior USB TAP," be used by any other toolchain?
- Can the "CodeWarrior TAP" (with Ethernet) which is still active be used by anything but CodeWarrior?
