Can we flash a S-Record file on to the controller board using a USB TAP Debugger?

Check out the Flash Programmer users guide.doc file located in {CodeWarrior Installation}\56800x Support\56800E flash programmer\docs. It mentions that you can use both ELF and S-records with the 56800E Flash Programmer application.
