Dear all:

I plan to use the MC13211 and SMAC codebase,I need your helpness.
I knew the SMAC support Point-to-Point or star-network applicaiton.
   My question is :
On the Point-to-Point  and Star-Network, what' s difference them in software design of C code level?
Whether need a coordinater in star-network?
   I'm puzzled!

   Thanks for your suggestion!

best regards,
Charly

Now, my understanding is : The star network of Zigbee only include one Server,it is a controller, and other end devices are Client, similar the TCP/IP network. All the clients can connect with the Server at the same time.

However, the Point-to-Point network is a especially star network,it also has one Server, but it only allows one Client to connect with itself! Other client will be prohibited. The client number is limited.

Is it right? please help me to confirm it!

Thanks and best regards!
