I want to send a command like C:\YahooMessenger.exe from MC9S08QE128 micro-controller .

I want to send the command c:\yahoomessenger.exe via serial cable(RS232) from MC9S08QE128 micro-controller to the PC so that as soon this command reaches the PC it opens yahoo messenger.

Well, you are going to need a program running on the PC that reads the serial port and runs the command when you send it.
You might be able to find a terminal program that has a scripting language that would do that, or you could write it.
