Pin reset of HSC08

It is possible to desable the pin reset\ of the HCS08 by desable a bit of any register, because this pin is very sensitive and even if a make a capacitor to the ground, many times the software reset. I'm sure it's this reset because i displayed the reset status register on an LCD.

So you have a dedicated Reset pin, have you placed an external pullup resistor to VDD to enhance EMC susceptibility? FS suggests 4K7.

You have to tell us what specific microcontroller you are using, most uC do have an option of turning reset into an input port.

I suggest you also investigate why the part is reset. Maybe you have EMC problems to solve before.
