Due to MC9S08DZ128CLH part shortage issue, my customer would like to survey if S9S08DZ128F2CLH could be replacement part without need to modify layout and firmware code, needs your comments to confirm, thanks!

your customer need to check if the errata for the mask set 2M78G (mask set for the auto part) are not affecting the part that normally used 

the pinout is the same and if the errata does not affect the customer program then, yes it is the same
