MC1321X LGA-71pins Footprint

Hi everyone,

i am designing a schematic using Protel(newbie) and will be using MC1321X in the schematic. Can anyone provide me with the know how to add the MC1321X footprint inside Protel or has anyone else already did that and is kind enough to share??

I have created a decent footprint for the MC1321x series LGA-71 in CadSoft's EAGLE... Would that work?
