LVI Queries

Dear All,
I am using MC68HC908JK8 devices My application VDD is 5v and I want to enable LVI at 2.49v.what modification I have to make in my code.
What are the possibilities If I have not enabled LVI.

It seems that the JK8 doesn't support 2.49V at 5V VDD. That makes sense since the minimum input voltage is specified to 0.7 * VDD.

This means i have to set LVI Trip voltage at 4.25v for 5V operation ?
