HCS08 and SPI flash - HCS08QE8

Hello,
I neeed to implement the communication between a HCS08QE8 and an Atmel serial DataFlash (AT25DF321) using the SPI port.
So, before trying to reinvet the wheel, I thought to ask here if someone has already written the code necessary (hopefully in C) and wish to share it with me

Here is one that I wrote for an Intel SPI flash.  These flash routines should be a helpful starting place.

The original code used Processor Expert to generate the SPI routines.
