What is the real memory address (like Row/Col/Bank/CS) with DDR contorller map

Hi sir,

Sorry sir My question is ,what is the Soc imx8m Address from for 0x4000_0000 to FFFF_FFFF (3GB)  represent with LPDDR4 Ram Address (like Row/Col/Bank/CS).

for example : Soc  imx8m Address 0x8000_0000 it located  start at (1GB)  ram software location but what is the (Row/Col/Bank/CS) at that moment is?

9.3.3.1.62 i.MX 8M Dual/8M QuadLite/8M Quad Applications Processors Reference Manual

Just said the Address setting.

and theMSCALE SERIES DDR Tool Release (V2.10)  too.

Hello,

 

  The i.MX8M DDRC provides flexible address mapper logic to allow application specific mapping of row, column,
bank, and rank bits. 
 Use descriptions of Address Map Registers  (ADDRMAP0 - ADDRMAP11) of the i.MX8M DDRC

in the Reference Manual.
