Buffalo seems to have come with virtually every 68HC11 development board, and I can find plenty of copies of it's source floating around. Does anyone know what license it's under (or was under)?
The closest I can find is "The computer program stored in the Read Only Memory of the device contains material copyrighted by Motorola Inc., first published 1990, and may be used only under a license such as the License For Computer Programs (Article 14) contained in Motorola’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, Rev. 1/79."
Not that I can find a copy of the "terms and conditions of sale" that would have applied.
