How to test the external memory connecting to LPC in manufacutring

I use LPC1778 connecting to external RAM and flash memories. I would like to know if there's MBIST or any other quick test to support manufacturing for this part of circuit.

MBIST does exist in some auto chips for example MPC57xx but LPC1778 doesn't integrate MBIST module. 

For LPC1778, to test external memory, user needs to write code. 

Your can refer external driver code under LPCOpen folder.

There is periph_memtest demo code, you can refer it to implement your own testing code.
