A ‘1’ in each bit position enables the associated alarm.

Just to update you on this topic, we checked the information in the document with the corresponding information from Zigbee Alliance, and found that it was incorrect. We are going to correct the document, but the software works should work the way the ZigBee Cluster Library Specification specifies.
