1. IDCODE instruction passed (tested in disable test)
2. PRELOAD/SAMPLE/EXTEST instruction failed (tested in connect test), failure message is reporting "Ground bounce".
ICT condition:
1. POWER ON is ok
2. JTAG compliance pin status is ok. Keep the status as blow:

1. Is the bsdl file correct?(see attached)
