After burning the bin file with j-link via j-link, connecting j-link again fails.what should I do？

The binary file that you used modify the 0x400 - 0x40F section? if you change the 0x40C part, or you perform a mass erase by blocks, then this message will appear showing the secure enabled, you should be able to unlock your device with a mass erase of the chip clicking on "yes" in this message
