i.MX6SoloX - Can't debug M4 application in DDR with Segger J-Link

I can't debug a M4 application that should run on DDR. I'm using eclipse and J-Link. If I use TCM or OCRAM everything works as expected. I need DDR because the size of the application will exceed 300KB of code.

Could anybody help me?

one can try to reuse scripts provided in ddr test

and integrate them if necessary to jlink scipts
