I need a SPICE model of the bipolar transistor BFU668F rev3.0 and the detail about the layout information for measurement ( circuit materials, ground pattern)

Please note that BFU668F is EOL. BFU660F is the recommended replacement.

NXP offers development kit for BFU6xx family. Design files are provided:
