 Please provide me with the DCF_Clients.xlsx spreadsheet for MPC5748G such as the one attached to MPC5746C datasheet(see attachements).

This device does not have excel sheet included in reference manual attachment, but reset values of DCF clients are defined in the reference manual,  section 11.5 Chip configuration records.
