JTAG function of PTN3356

Hi, 

PTN3356 can select JTAG functionality by TESTMODE pin, but I couldn't find how to use the JTAG function.

Could you tell me how to use JTAG function and the pin definition for JTAG function?

I think that this mode is used for debugging of internal MCU, and I will not use it without the issue.

But I would like to know them for provisioning the issue.

Hi,

For JTAG function is unnecessary used in customers side,that's only for ATE test by interior.
