imx8mq-Android8.1-evkBoard，headphone，no voice

Hi community：

   when I use the EVK Board，which codec is wm8524，I drag ”Settings ---> voice ----->Media volume", there no voice out with my headphone，but ”Settings ---> voice ----->alarm volume" had。And when I play the video also no headphone voice out，is that a  known bug on latest Android8.1 BSP？

note:The hdmi always has voice out.

Anyone help me.

Hello Xue,

    Please remove HDMI cable at first!

   Then try to check if you can hear audio via headphone.

After remove the HDMI cable, I can hear audio via headphone, I should change some audio route~

Hello,

I am facing a similar issue on EVK, Even though i remove the HDMI support audio doesn't route to headphone when tested with tinplay command.  Can you please tell where did you exactly made the changes in audio routing???

remove follows:

- <route type="mix" sink="HDMI Out"
- sources="hdmi output,primary output"/>

and my chip is sgtl5000

The “evk_8mq/audio_policy_configuration.xml” should be modified.
