On the NXP official website, I can only find the ORCAD schematic symbol of BGA400. How can I get the ORCAD schematic symbol of BGA529?

Hello Lin Zhou,

There is not an OrCAD library per se. The recommendation is extracting the symbol for the desired processor from the Design Files of the EVK or SABRE boards. (This may not cover all packages, but most packages adhere to industry standards). Which processor are you interested in?
