Hi everyone,
Can OM13054(LPC-LINK2) connect to OM13085 with debug probe section of it ?
If yes, are there any restrictions about it ?
Regards,
K.Itoh
Hi K.Itoh,
Yes, it can.
You can choose not using on board CMSIS-DAP but other 3rd party debug probs like LPC-LINK2.
when use LPC-Link2 as a debug probe:
*When using J-Link firmware image on MCUXpresso IDE trace and power measurement features are not available.
Have a great day,

Hi Jennie,
Thank you for the reply.
I am trying to connect LPC-LINK2 with OM13085 (with probe section) using attached 10P cable.
However I can't debug the OM13085 with LPCXpresso v8.2.2.
The jumpers JP1 and JP2 on LINK2 are closed.
And the jumper JP3 on OM13085 is also closed.
LPCXpresso shows messages as follows:
Error in final launch sequence
Failed to execute MI command:
-target-select extended-remote | crt_emu_cm_redlink -msg-port=54938 -g -mi -2 -pLPC1769 -vendor=NXP -reset=VECTRESET -ProbeHandle=1 -CoreIndex=0 -flash-driver=LPC175x_6x_512.cfx
Error message from debugger back end:
Remote communication error. Target disconnected.: No error.
Remote communication error. Target disconnected.: No error.
Would you tell me what I should check?
