I not found NFC Forum NDEF Library for PCSC  example & SDK for windows 7 , 

it not  at NPX Support.

Can you help me? thank you;

We have NFC reader library including NDEF support for windows,  but you have to request it from the docstore. Please kindly refer to the attachment for details.
