Kinetis Studio Breakpoints Windows 10

Kinetis Studio cannot set breakpoint in using windows 10.  I have a segger, and a multilink.  When setting a breakpoint in the code I get the diagonal line over the point.  The hardware has been working in another laptop with windows 7.  Anyone have this problem?

The problem was the icon for skip all breakpoints was set.
