I've made 3 boards for prototype. The one work fine. The other 2 can not flash.
Do you have any recommend for the schematic?
I have measure BDM voltage of 3 boards without connect flash tool. The voltage as follow:
Board 1 (can flash)
Pin1: 4.93V
Pin2: 0V
Pin3:
Pin4: 4.94V
Pin5:
Pin6: 4.95V
Board 2 (can not flash)
Pin1: 1.3V
Pin2: 0V
Pin3:
Pin4: 4.97V
Pin5:
Pin6: 4.97V
Board 3 (can not flash)
Pin1: 4.98V
Pin2: 0V
Pin3:
Pin4: 5.01V
Pin5:
Pin6: 5.01V
Do you have any recommend?
MCU: S12ZVCA
Tools: PE Micro USB Multilink Universal Rev.C + BDM interface
Notebook: CodeWarrior v10.7 + Windows 10

Hi,
I would put pull up 4.7k to BKGD even it contains internal pull device. It should be weak.
