TWR-K70F120M programming trouble

Howdy,

I am pretty new to programming and I have the TWR-K70F120M module. I am trying to start programming but am having trouble learning the system. Does anyone have a simple blink LED code that I can load onto the module, so I can start learning the system.

- There are sample code in website about this board:

-  Which IDE do you used ?  If CodeWarrior or KDS, you can  also create Processor Expert Project,

it is a great tool for beginner:

then add the Component, for example if you want to LED project, you can add BitIO or GPIO component,

then there will be Typical Usage:
